I'm sure you meant "solace" as opposed to "solice". Not to be nit picky but proper spelling is not just a good idea, its good manners.

Now in case you meant "solstice" I applaud your analogy. For solstice can by definition mean "a furthest or culminating point; a turning point". In which case the Pats are certainly as far away from the next Super Bowl as they can be give or take a few days.

Yeah, the Patriots tried, I'll give them that. But NY just had to reiterate it's greatness with respect to Boston. If we cant do it in baseball, we'll do it in football. - G

flea, did you mean "it is", "it's"; surely not "its" in the possessive? Re: "its good manners." -*smear.

Alright girls, we dont want trouble here, not using any grammar! Why dont you put down your Webster's Dictionaries and your Emily Post manuscripts so there won't be any more trouble.

no. i'm not going to feel even a little bit better until the patriots have a perfect season next year AND the win the stupid super bowl. If you think i'm nutz (well i am but...), you should try talking to my other masshole friends. Massachusetts is not well, i tell you. j
