I loved this graphic on our Insinkerator (nice name, eh?) from the moment I saw it. *kAnd J, no worries- we'll be composting. Can't decide on worms or a small self contained unit. I'll likely make something in the next couple of weeks. I don't plan on insinkerating too much, valuing appendages and all.....
